The three-year project (2017-2020) is carried out the by the Republic of Serbia’s Ministry of Mining and Energy in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union in the Republic of Serbia. The project is implemented by the consortium of German companies Plejades GmbH - Independent Experts and DMT GmbH & Co. KG.
